After the success of UWA Forrest Hall, JAXON are proud to once again be selected as the builder in the design and construct of a bespoke student accommodation facility at UWA.

Construction of the Rodgers Wing, and the Arcus Quad began with a ground breaking ceremony on Friday 30th November at which John Rodgers (1956), Deb Laird (niece of Albert Arcus (1942) and Ian Hardy did the honours, with JAXON Construction personnel, including CEO David Dodds and Project Manager Sarah Poggioli in attendance.

The Rodgers Wing is a well-conceived and designed building. It represents the opportunity to substantially enhance the College’s common facilities, add 45 modern en suite rooms, and provide up-to-date office and reception space.

Building completion is anticipated for December 2019, ready for students to move into at the beginning of Semester 1, 2020.
