WA\u2019s first five-star, green-star apartment development \u2014 Stirling Capital\u2019s $110 million Mt Pleasant Cirque tower \u2014 has topped out, with managing director Luke Reinecke hoping it will be seen as \u201can enrichment\u201d of Perth\u2019s skyline.<\/p>\n

The 20-level project at 63-65 Kishorn Road is the first part of a two-stage project \u2014 the first approved under the Canning Bridge Structure Plan in 2015.<\/p>\n

It is the first significant development in the Canning Bridge precinct since Multiplex redeveloped the Raffles hotel in 2002.<\/p>\n
