The project aims to achieve a 7 star energy rating, and will utilise solar panel energy, and two electric car charging stations.

Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the new building will accommodate recipients of the Forrest Scholarship and Fellowship programs studying at UWA, Curtin, Edith Cowan, Murdoch and Notre Dame Universities, short-stay accommodation and office and supporting administration space. This exciting new addition to the Crawley river-front will be located adjacent to the award-winning Forrest Hall building, completed by JAXON in 2018. The works are once again being funded by Andrew and Nicola Forrest through their philanthropic organisation, The Minderoo Foundation.

With the assistance of our generous suppliers and subcontractors we were able to deliver a project for the school that otherwise would not have been possible. The Safety School project comprises a purpose built classroom which utilises state-of-the-art augmented reality technology to provide children with an exciting stimulated risk environment that overlays and enhances their learning experience. Children take part in structured learning programs to learn and practice pedestrian, bike and public transport safety skills in a safe, realistic and engaging setting.
