The Enclave project is a high-end, luxury boutique development consisting of 69 apartments over 12 levels, complete with a 3-level car park and common area roof deck. The development is located in a quiet, leafy street in East Perth, granting panoramic city, park and river views. The design and construction contract for The Enclave is the third collaboration between JAXON and client Blackburne Property Group.

The Church of Scientology development involved the refurbishment of two existing warehouse buildings. Building one is approximately 1,600sqm and building two is approximately 1,000sqm. Key construction aspects of this project saw JAXON construct a new mezzanine slab to building one, along with an extensive and high end internal fitout, on-grade, and undercroft parking.
The project was delivered by JAXON under a design and construct contract.

JAXON completed the construction of the new Constable Care Safety Care School for Constable Care as part of our charitable focus in 2016 - providing construction management and services at no cost. With the assistance of our generous suppliers and subcontractors we were able to deliver a project for the school that otherwise would not have been possible. The Safety School project comprises a purpose built classroom which utilises state-of-the-art augmented reality technology to provide children with an exciting stimulated risk environment that overlays and enhances their learning experience. Children take part in structured learning programs to learn and practice pedestrian, bike and public transport safety skills in a safe, realistic and engaging setting.

Eastlink Office Park is one of Belmont’s most prestigious business addresses conveniently located on Great Eastern Highway. The development is a 3,100sqm commercial A grade office building with 46 on-grade and 22 undercover parking bays. Superbly designed, Eastlink Office Park is a 5 Star Green Star - Office Design certified commercial building.

Located in White Gum Valley’s ‘One Planet Community’, the Evermore Apartments development saw the construction of 24 walk up style apartments across two separate buildings. Each building contains 12 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, car parking areas, bike storage and communal external areas. Utilising groundbreaking solar and power storage as well as other sustainability initiatives, the project was the first apartment project in Australia providing large scale, strata managed solar power.
At the UDIA WA 2018 Awards for Excellence the project was awarded the Excellence in Affordable Development and was an Environmental Excellence finalist.

JAXON was awarded a design and construction contract for the Riverside Room Development at Crown Perth. The project comprised the construction of an exclusive state-of-the-art electronic gaming lounge which took place over four stages to limit disruption to the casino’s operations. The build included the construction of the new Riverside Room, totalling 1775sqm, with an extended gaming area of 1378sqm.

The Pinnacle Apartments is a mixed use, two tower development in South Perth. It comprises 102 high quality apartments and 32 commercial office tenancies in one 20-level tower alongside a retail tenancy in the 7-level tower. The two towers are interconnected with a basement and podium.

Procured through negotiation and early contractor involvement, the 4.5 star Holiday Inn refurbishment project was undertaken in a live operational environment to allow our client the continuity of trade throughout the entirety of the project. Works included refurbishment to the existing 181 hotel rooms, alterations to the lift interiors, laundry, lobby, reception, and internal and external food and beverage areas. Completed in a central Perth location and under difficult conditions, this project is a testament to JAXON’s ability to complete projects in operating environments with numerous stakeholders.

Indian Ocean Suites is an award winning development located in Pretty Pool, Port Hedland, and is split over seven separate buildings, ranging from two to four levels plus a basement. The development includes 73 residential apartments with 3 commercial tenancies. The SHAC White Gum Valley project consists of 12 apartments and 2 studios over two buildings up to 3-storeys high. Comprising of raw concrete, steel and a mixture of external finishes, the construction style is reminiscent of a modern industrial warehouse, with its internals being contemporary in design. The site includes environmentally sustainable initiatives, making it a green zone in accordance to One Planet Living Guidelines. Serving a social purpose, SHAC - Sustainable Housing for Artists & Creatives was purposely built as a co-operative living environment for artists and creatives who have been pushed out of Fremantle due to the state of housing affordability.

Cockburn Integrated Health and Community Facility is an award winning, mixed-use two storey building with a partially underground undercroft car park with 211 car bays. Office spaces and clinical tenancies are occupied by a GP SuperClinic and specialist consulting rooms, allied health professionals, community health spaces and State Government Services, including the new Cockburn Library.

Oceanique consists of 67 luxury apartments offering exceptional lifestyle opportunities South of Mandurah. The multi-level, twin tower apartment development offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, the fairways of world-renowned The Cut Golf Club and, to the east, the glistening blue expanse of the Peel Inlet and Harvey Estuary and the Darling Ranges. Oceanique is located within the Port Bouvard Residential Resort Estate. Construction consisted of in-situ pour precast and an architectural framing system.

Located within the Mends Street precinct, the Southbank apartments project forms part of the revitalisation project in South Perth. The building comprises 14 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 12 commercial tenancies in a 6-storey complex.

The Quattro Residential South Hedland project involved the design and construction of 75 dwellings and 3 commercial spaces in South Hedland. The dwellings comprise 55 residential townhouses and 20 apartments in a three storey building. JAXON successfully secured the project through a competitive tender process.

The development lot frames Railway Square, which was once the railway yard. The scale and interface between this development and the adjacent public square was critical to shaping the vitality of the surrounding urban space, which was paramount to the client.

Rivershores is a multi-award winning residential development in North Fremantle’s exclusive Northbank precinct. The development comprises the 4-level Queen Victoria and 5-level Riverside buildings featuring 58 luxury apartments. This mixed-use development also includes a fully equipped gymnasium, a 20m lap pool and a waterfront cafe.

The Queens Riverside Apartments project is for international property development company Frasers Property. It comprised the design and construction of the QII Tower on Lot 104 and the QI and Q Tower on Lot 101.
Stage 1 - QII comprised 8-levels, including a group floor encompassing 107 apartments and associated common areas.
Stage 2 - QI + Q comprised 8-levels and 126 apartments in addition to 5 commercial tenancies joined by an elevated walkway. QI is being constructed above an existing 2-storey basement car park adjacent to the QII tower.

Baynton Apartments is an award-winning design and construct development in Karratha, comprising 82 apartments across five separate buildings. The buildings are 4-levels each and are near a central car park, pool and recreation area. Baynton Apartments is a highly innovative development, with design features including a prefabricated wall and hollow core floor structure, modular prefabricated bathrooms and a centralised service plant.

The development for RSL Retirement and Aged Care Association was constructed in two separate stages and consisted of accommodation and community facilities for retirees. Stage One involved the construction of 26 single storey villas and a four storey apartment building comprising 28 apartments, complete with underground parking, a community hall with bar, dining, pool and gym facilities. Stage two consisted of an additional 15 single storey villas and another four storey apartment building, also comprising 28 apartments. The villas and communal grounds were fully landscaped with access paths around the village to enhance a community environment.
