It comprises resident communal facilities, including a pool, spa, sauna, gym, private dining, cocktail bar, theatre, lounge/library and barbeque facilities. A community and commercial tenancy is located on the ground floor along with a resident car park. The project received a five-star GreenStar design rating and is due to achieve a five-star GreenStar As Built rating following completion.

This exciting new addition to the Crawley river-front will be located adjacent to the award-winning Forrest Hall building, completed by JAXON in 2018. The works are once again being funded by Andrew and Nicola Forrest through their philanthropic organisation, The Minderoo Foundation.
