Chinese-based property developer Laudis Developments, has formally appointed leading Western Australia construction company JAXON to carry out the contract for the Parallel Apartments project.

The Hillam designed residential project is a unique 14-level residential tower in Rivervale, WA, consisting of 123 units and what can loosely be described as a four-storey basement stepping down the river foreshore. The project includes high- end common area facilities including a horizon pool, opulent shared dining and lounge areas and workout facilities.

The standout feature of the building is the stunning architecturally designed alternating slab and column façade design as seen in the below picture.

JAXON expect to start on site works immediately after the Christmas break.
